Training session is service that delivers to you professional weight training designed to help you reach female curves and understand how female training changes during the menstrual cycle. Create balanced X body shape with great butt, slim tights, flat belly and rounded shoulders so bikini body. 🙂

TRAINING OPTIONS

50 min personal training:

1 session weekly $49

2 sessions weekly $89

3 sessions weekly $124

Choose a 50 min session If you want to reach your maximum, lear the correct trainig technique, challange yourself and be stronger. 

30 min personal training:

1 session weekly $39

2 sessions weekly $69

3 sessions weekly $94

Choose a 30 min session If you are restricted with time or you want to focus for specific problem. 

Group training:

1 session weekly $19

2 sessions weekly $35

3 sessions weekly $51

Choose a group session if you prefer exercise in group. Session are on Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:10-7:45am and 9:15-9:50am.
