The first prepare the dough by mixing dry ingredients in a bowl: polenta, chickpea flour, baking powder and salt. After add milk with olive oil, mix well and add grated sweet potato.
Put the prepared dough on a smaller baking tray with baking paper and spread dough evenly. Place prepared dough in a heated oven and bake it on 180°C 30 mins.
While the dough is baked, prepare the meat. Fry the beef minced on a hot frying pan. Personally, I do not use oil because I have a high-quality frying pan. When the meat is halfway, add the chopped onion and stew. When the meat is done, add the finely chopped garlic, salt, cumin and paprika. Wait just for the garlic smell, add the tomato pure and wean from the fire.
After half an hour when the dough is baked, high and tender, put it out of the oven and put the prepared meat on top and sprinkle it with grated cheese. Put the whole cake in the oven again for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
All done! The cake should be really soft and truly tasty!
