Ingredients
1 grated middle size carrot
30g wholegrain oats
20g whole meal flour / super maize meal
10g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
40ml milk
10g olive oil
stevia
berries
Method
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, after mix it together and add carrot. Put dough in taller mug and then to microwave for approx. 5 min. Let it cool, top it with berries.
Wait until it cools down and enjoy the fine consistency.
