Salt, Curry, Chilli, Black Pepper, Soja Sauce or what you like
Method
Cook Pearl Barley in the broth until it gets soft, but not wholly, Ieave it little bit crunchy. Add a teaspoon of curry, black pepper, salt and spoon of soja souce.
In a frying pan, fry sliced mushrooms in a teaspoon of oil and add chili.
Put cooked pearl barley on a plate, add sliced boiled eggs, mushrooms and mix of vegetables.
The base is to properly flavor pearl barleys and cook them in a consistency that you like and add some tasty vegetable for you.
All done! The salad should be slightly crispy and taste of used spices.

… are not very popular ingredients. And I understand, I wasn’t a fan either. But if you don’t like something, just try to do it differently. There is no bad food but a bad chef! 🙂
