How to make easy home made coconut milk?

Pour 3 liters of water over 3 tbsp of grated coconut and leave to stand in the refrigerator for the night. The next day, mix the milk until the coconut starts to release fat. I mix about 1 minute 5 times. It depends on the quality of the mixer. Coconut should be creamy. If you need use little bit honey or stevia for sweet taste.
